Return/Refund Policy

All product returns must receive prior written approval from National Laboratory Sales, Inc. No return will be accepted without an authorized RMA form. Returns must be requested and completed within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

Only standard, non-custom products are eligible for return. All returned items must be in original condition, in their original shipping containers, and sent FOB National Laboratory Sales, Inc., freight prepaid. Restocking and handling charges may apply. National Laboratory Sales, Inc. reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

National Laboratory Sales, Inc. does not offer cash refunds. At its discretion, National Laboratory Sales, Inc. may issue store credit toward future purchases. Store credits expire six (6) months from the date of issuance unless a waiver is granted and approved in writing.

Custom orders are not eligible for return.
